Jehan Bastians

CO FOUNDER / PRODUCT ARCHITECT

Jehan is a Technical Marketer with over 25 years experience selling technology based products and services. He is a workflow specialist, and the functional designer of the SP Workflow platform. Currently he functions as Head of Sales and Business Development.

SP Workflow is his brain child, having conceptualized the product as part of his Research and Skills Paper for his MBA at the Post Graduate Institute of Management of the University of Sri Jayawardenpura.

Jehan has spear-headed the provision of Solutions for the company over the last 15 years, and now functions as a consultant for several International Software houses for Design-Support on workflows, with special focus on efficiency management and visibility of the black box elements of processes.

Neidra Williams

CO FOUNDER

Neidra is a graduate of the ICSA, a business presenter, compere, voicing artist, and creative writer, and now heads the Finance Department at SP Solutions. She supports the development effort with her input from a financial perspective, and gives leadership to the product development and marketing teams, drawing from over 25 years of experience in media and advertising.

Suni Bastians

Head of CAM Team

A former Banking professional, Suni spent 4 years at two local Commercial Banks before crossing over to the IT industry and earning a Bachelors’ in Information Technology and a Masters’ in Information Technology and Project Management. Suni is also an industry expert in banking workflows, having managed both the Union and Seylan Bank Accounts since the inception of our engagement with both. Suni functions as the head of our team of Account Managers and Business Analysts working with our key banking clients.

Dinesh Wijesinghe

Head of Technical Delivery

Dinesh is the architect behind the current version of the SP Workflow platform, which is fully cloud compatible, mobile enabled, and based on Micros Services . He heads the Technical Delivery Function and has been responsible for the delivery of several key solutions, including for DFCC Bank, the Standard Chartered Bank revamp, ANCL, TurboViz, Colombo Port Services, as well as delivering all the SP Workflow products the company markets, including Travel , Sales , People , Service , Petty Cash , and Invoice 2 Pay.

Dimuthu Dissanayake

Manager Admin & Support

Dimuthu is responsible for designing and executing the Marketing Collateral used by the company as well as designing all front-end interfaces in our customer solutions. He has been with the team for over 15 years, and his experience with technology as well as his affable personality make him the “go-to” for many employees who are new to and still finding their feet within the company

Sachintha Randika

Senior Developer / Team Leader

Sachintha is a Senior Developer and team leader, with a proven ability to write effective and error-free code. He now functions as a Tech Lead and is one of the key resources in charge of setting up most projects and databases. He also drives the new technology initiative at SP and is at present busy converting the SP Workflow platform to run on an Angular Java Script Interface, which will deliver faster speeds, improved intuitive interfaces, and will allow the platform to be mobile responsive.

Gayan Lasantha

Senior Developer / Team Leader

Gayan is the stalwart of the Technical Delivery team, which he has been a part of for the last 6 years. He has extensive experience in all of the Banking Solutions we provide, and currently leads the team delivering solutions to and supporting DFCC Bank and Standard Chartered bank.
His development experience and domain knowledge in Banking make him an important asset to the team and a key factor in delivering software that adds value in the Banking Sector.
